Q.  How long is my rental?

A.  When you book with Frederick’s Banquet & Conference Center, the space belongs to you exclusively to and your guest. Your rental fee includes a 4 hour time block, but if you need more time, each additional hour is $100.00


Q.  How do I reserve a date with Frederick’s? 

A.  We secure dates with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is applied to your rental fee.


Q.  Are any decorations prohibited?

A.  We do not allow glitter or confetti. We also ask that if you choose to hang anything in the space, you use command strips, or an alternative that will leave our walls undamaged.


Q.  Can I bring in outside food or alcohol?

A.  All food and beverages will be provided through your caterer.


Q.  Can we leave decorations and other items at your facility to pick up the next day?

A.  The venue must be clear of all items at the end of your event. We want to make sure the space is ready for who comes in after you.


Q.  What is the capacity?

A.  We can host 250 – 300 depending on the event.
