Tom and Erin are really excited about their newest venture, purchasing and completely renovating a beautiful building on Main Street in Festus, MO. Tom and Erin own a catering service and with the combination of their culinary skills and years of hospitality service, Frederick's Banquet & Conference Center was born. The center has seating for up to 250 and an Event Manager is on hand for planning and coordinating the details of your wedding.

Lochircos Catering is a family owned business founded by Tom and Erin Lochirco. Chef Tom along with his wife Erin have been in the food service industry with combined experience equaling over 30 years.
Tom lends his passion for cooking and a commitment to perfection while Erin lends her attention to detail and talent for complex coordination of even the most challenging events as their key recipe for success.
